National Speech Language Therapy Center is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Bethesda, MD

National Therapy Center with offices in Montgomery County, MD & Washington, DC, is seeking BCBAs to join our team! The interdisciplinary approach among SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs provides a unique and supportive opportunity for BCBAs to join the growing department.
Full-time and Part time positions open in Montgomery County, MD. Candidates who recently sat for the BCBA exam and who are awaiting certification are encouraged to apply as well as those candidates with prior BCBA experience. Experienced candidates encouraged to apply as the position has the potential to develop into a Regional Director position.
Provide clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder or other exceptionalities. Clients will vary in age from young children to adolescents.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Creation and monitoring of skill and behavioral programming for set caseload
  • Develop positive behavior support plans
  • Perform case and school consultations as needed
  • Meet with and provide training to parents/ caregivers
  • Provide direct services to the client, maintain 15 billable hours/week
  • Provide supervision to RBTs enrolled in graduate coursework pursuing BCaBA/BCBA certification
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians on caseload
  • Conduct VB-MAPP and other assessments to develop comprehensive treatment programs
  • Write evaluation and progress reports
  • Maintain authorizations/ relationships with case managers/service coordinators at various funding sources
  • Meet with Directors to ensure quality of care and progress of caseload

Job Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Current Board Certification Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certificate and State LBA license
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and applicable vehicle insurance for business travel
  • Experience working in a ABA focused clinic

Competitive salary or hourly rate to commensurate with experience; excellent benefits and sign-on bonus available or funds toward relocation costs.
